| In the business fields, communication skills are essential. To promote communication better in the business field it is important to train students to acquire the abilities of business manners, compositional and conversational skills as well as logical mind. And also students should have the common knowledge such as the background of Japanese society, geography and history of Japan and the world. |

| The goal of our department is to educate students to know the value of information, to acquire the computer literacy and to train the ability to communicate with other people |

| Value of information is judged by the demand and intention of the business clients. Therefore, it is very important to give how effective we can give the presentation. For this purpose, students are required to study “Theory of Human Relations”, ”Conversational Communication” and “General Outline of Business Practice”. By studying these subjects, students are trained to become immediate contribution to the companies where they are hired. |

| Education of Information in the advanced environment |
| All students of this department study in the Ekimae Campus which was opened in April 2006. Students can connect their note personal computers to the computer system network and internet from their desks in the classrooms. |
