Therefore our Department of Welfare and Psychology looks for students who willingly want to become persons our society demands aiming for building up active and creative humanity, on which our collegefs philosophy of education stands. To be specific, a person who can live his or her life with originality and creativity, a person who can communicate with other people with sincerity and sympathy and a person who can express naturally his or her deep emotion whenever finding new things in the process of learning.
Making use of smallness of school, our college has been dealing each student with our utmost kindness. So we look for accepting students who can think and study with clear mind.

Our goal is to train students to have knowledge concerning psychological stress and to sympathize with another personfs mental pain.
To accept people who have mental pain and help them to assist actively.
To train students to become welfare and psychology specialists who can talk equally or mutually with doctors.
To train students to become such people who can think and act by themselves on the basis of special knowledge.

| @Study theory and practice through experiences |
Our curriculum is organized mainly on the two fields: welfare and psychology.
Through studying four major special subjects: basics of specialty, psychology, welfare and work study, students will be able to obtain wide range of knowledge and technique systematically.
We emphasize learning both theory and practice through experiencing. So we affiliate ourselves with local NPO and volunteer activities to work at several welfare institutions. Through the use of audio-visual aids, introducing discussions and debates and international exchange program, students will be able to obtain much knowledge on their specialty.
